I'm Sorry

It has been brought to my attention that some of the things I've written on here have caused offense.  My desire is to honor God while at the same time being honest and saying what's on my mind and heart.  I guess I have not honored God in some of my blog posts.  For that I am truly sorry and I will try to be more careful in the future.
For those of you who have been offended, I am also sorry.  I wish that you had told me personally rather than my having to find out in a rather round about way.
Please - if you have a problem with me or my blog posts -I'd appreciate you contacting me in person.
Thank you!

P.S. Meanwhile I have deleted some of my posts.  Hope this helps.

I have looked through your recent posts and see nothing offensive. Sorry you've had some troubles with it Jean. A blog is a personal journal, and you've only blogged on things that are very personal. You have a right to get things out that have been on your mind.

So, I read through all your posts and tried to find something offensive.

"Brought to your attention?" If someone has a problem with something you've written, I pray for them the courage and integrity to talk to you about it, rather than comment (or whatever) anonymously.

Thanks for your comments. I inadvertently (accidentally) deleted another comment when I meant to publish it! I'm sorry!! I also don't remember who made the comment, so if you'd like to comment again... feel free!

I'm with Crick and Michele. I haven't seen anything here offensive.

I love your blog. I especially get a kick out the things (Lark or Onion, etc.) that poke fun. ;)

Please continue to post whatever God leads you to post.

Jean,

Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there.

Writing is a great way of working thru issues and coming out on the other side with a fresh perspective.
I'm so sorry that people were offended by what you wrote Jean. I think you do a great job of expressing your thoughts and your struggles without being mean-spirited at all.

Thanks, Maureen! I appreciate your (and Steve's) comments, and encouragements! I never intended to offend but merely write about what I was (am) learning through a very painful summer. I'll be more careful from now on.
